At Roasters X, we respect your privacy. We collect minimal personal information necessary to process your orders and table reservations. Your data is securely stored and never shared with third parties. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information through our partner, Stripe.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know within 30 minutes of pickup. We will gladly remake your drink or provide a full refund. For online orders, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
Terms of Service
By using our website and services, you agree to our terms of service. Table reservations are held for 15 minutes past the booking time. Online orders must be picked up within 1 hour. We reserve the right to modify our menu, pricing, and hours of operation at any time.
